surf's up @ zambales

adios pebrero!

the summer season is soo coming up! and what better way to celebrate summer lovin but to get out and go to the beach!

la la la...i just wanna be on the beach..sunburn!

but this time, we can take it to the next level by trying different water sports..like surfing! uhm..blue crushin ala kate bosworth? woot woot! look no further because one surfing spot is just kilometers away..zambales that is!

i thought surfing was a very expensive sport not until my boyfriend and our friends started surfing.

MENTAL NOTE: if you don't know how to swim, surfing is not the best sport for you! (do i really have to hurt myself this way? I CAN'T SWIM! fine fine fine! haha) but for all you olympic swimmers (haha bitter!) out there, here are some useful information if you want to try it at zambales.

how to get there:

  • from nlex take the san fernando exit.

  • or click here for a bigger map
accomodation:
  • crystal beach resort @ san narciso zambales
  • cottages available (no aircon but can accomodate as much as 15pax)
  • aircon rooms also available (but these rooms can only accomodate upto 3 pax)

  • you can bring your own
  • another option is to bring your own canned goods and have it cooked there (of course, you have to pay for their cooking skills :p)

night life:

  • sorry party people...no gimik at night.
  • but there's a bonfire where you can hang out and drink some beer. btw, there's no liquor store in the resort so you have to go out to buy some.
