Taking the number 1 spot on the Tatler's Best Dressed List, Agyness Deyn (pronounced as Agnes Dean) has taken new heights on being the newest IT girl. Too bad for our girl Kate dropping 1 spot to second after being number 1 for 2 years prior this one. But don't get me wrong, Kate Moss will always be in our hearts.
